1. Make a booking on your chosen date and time and agree to the terms and conditions prior to payment.

2. Once a booking is made, you will receive an automated booking confirmation email. If you don’t receive this straight away, please check your junk inbox. Alternatively, contact us at enquiries@larchesdogfields.co.uk and we can check the booking for you.

3. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your booking. This will contain the gate lock code required to access the secure fields. You will also receive a text message reminder 30 minutes before your booking.

4. Watch the virtual induction video below before arriving at Larches Dog Fields.

5. Arrive at the given time and only enter the enclosure if it is empty. If not, please wait in your car.

6. Drive into the enclosure, lock the gate behind you, and park your car on the hard core surface.

7. Let your dog out of the car.

8. Enjoy a relaxing time with your dog(s) inside the secure fields, exploring all the stimulating activities.

9. Once your 50-minute session is up, put your dog(s) back into the car, drive out of the parking enclosure, and lock the gate.
