Terms and Conditions
You and your dog’s safety are our number one priority. By making a booking for a session at Larches Dog Fields you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Any violation to these Terms and Conditions may lead to removal of all future rights to use the our secure fields.
The Booking
- All bookings and payments are to be made via the Larches Dog Fields website at time of booking – the secure fields can only be used once it has been booked and paid for.
- Cancellation or rescheduling can only be made 24 hours prior to your booked session.
- Bookings are non-transferable to other people.
- Please DO NOT arrive more than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot.
- You will receive a 4 digit code for the gate 24 hours prior to your session (via email) and 30 mins before arrival (via text message).
The Secure Fields
- The use of Larches Dog Fields is strictly by appointment and prepayment only. You will be turned away if you just turn up
- We will not be held responsible for any accidents, loss, theft, injury, death or damage to any personal property, individuals or animals whilst using Larches Dog Fields at Larches Farm. The Landowner accepts no liability for the death of, or injury to, any person/dog or for damage to any property.
- Larches Dog Fields reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the paddock at their discretion. Larches Dog Fields will not be liable for any other expenses incurred or lost because of the withdrawal of use of the secure fields.
- No subletting of the fields are allowed.
- The Paddock and The Meadow’s perimeter fencing is checked daily to ensure cleanliness and security, if you have any concerns or to report and damages please notify us by emailing enquiries@larchesdogfields.co.uk
- On arrival at Larches Farm please park in the waiting bay, wait for the previous customer to vacate, then park in the designated parking spaces on the hard standing inside the enclosed paddock.
- Please close all gates behind you when entering and exiting the our fields. Only enter or drive into the paddock when the previous dog owner has exited the paddock.
- The dog owner or anyone using the facility shall not interfere with or make any alteration to the layout of contents of the paddock.
- Larches Dog Fields provides a poo bin, all poo must be picked up and placed into this bin. CCTV surveillance is in operation. Failure to pick up your dog’s poo may lead to removal of all future rights to use the paddock.
- No litter/ uneaten treats/ debris from dog toys is to be dropped or left in the paddock. Please remove all toys and training aids when leaving the paddock. Please keep this a clean and safe environment.
- All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the owner’s own risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss, accidents, or damage whilst on the property.
- We operate a strict no smoking/vaping policy at Larches Dog Fields and on the premises of Larches Farm.
- Excessive digging, biting of fencing and intended damage to the equipment is not acceptable.
The Owner/Handler
- Please arrive and leave the paddock promptly and on time.
- Children are welcome at Larches Dog Fields and under 16’s but must be always supervised by an adult. Larches Dog Fields are not liable for any accident or injury.
- A maximum of 3 households, 3 cars and 6 dogs are allowed in Larches Dog Fields during a session.
- We welcome professional dog walkers, and they can bring up to 6 dogs per booked time slot.
- Please keep noise to a minimum.
- We will not be held responsible for any injury or illness contracted by any dog or person who uses the paddock.
- Larches Dog Fields does not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour towards any staff member or other dog owners, we take this very seriously.
The Dog’s Health and Welfare
- We require all dogs to be immunised before using the paddock. Please ensure your dog(s) are up-to-date with ‘worm’ treatments before using our fields for the health and safety of other dogs and people. If your dog or, any dog it lives with, is showing signs of kennel cough, diarrhoea or vomiting you must cancel your session. If this is later than the 24 hours please contact us by phone directly on 07376 644 366 and we will reschedule your session.
- We will spot check dog vaccination cards and you may be asked at any time to produce a copy of your card. We allow 48 hours from request to provide a copy.
- Please ensure that your dog(s) are checked and treated regularly against fleas & ticks.
- We will not be held responsible for any dog jumping the fence or escaping from the Paddock. The Owner/Handler is held responsible for the dog at all times whilst on the property.
- Seasons – We take the responsibility of care and safety of all our customers’ dogs seriously and as a priority. We do allow female dogs on heat in the paddock, and it is important that the dog is either in the car or on a lead when outside the enclosed paddock.
- We do not allow banned dog breeds to used the secure fields (including the recent XL Bully Ban.
- When not in the enclosed paddock all dogs must be always kept in their vehicles or on a lead.
- Do not leave your dog unattended in the paddock at any time.
- Harsh handling of dogs either verbal or physical is not allowed.
Data Protection
- Larches Dog Fields only hold your contact details in case we need to contact you about your booking or in the event that Larches Dog Fields deem it appropriate to cancel your booking, for example due to extreme weather conditions. In the event of this happening, we will offer an alternative date and time.
